Agate Creek Agate comes from the premier locality for agates in Australia. This polished specimen has a waxy outer exterior in red-orange, with banded agate in orange, yellow, blue, and red. The bands show strong parallax, and the specimen also has a large quartz pocket in the middle.

Agate Creek Agate, also commonly called Queensland Agate, comes from an area in the north of Queensland, Australia, where several creeks come to a head. Naturally weathered agates can be found in gravel beds or soil fields, and several deposits produce nodules through hand-digging.
