HOW DO I LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT?
The Login on thegemshop.com is located above the shopping cart, in the upper right hand corner, and is labeled "Login." You will be prompted to enter your email address and password. If you cannot find the username and password, click on Forgot my Password. It will prompt you to enter your email address and send you your new temporary password. If your email address has changed but you want to keep the same account, contact us with your new email at webmaster@thegemshop.com.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE NEWSLETTER?
The Gem Shop sends out newsletters to customers keeping them up to date on Gem Shop happenings including new products, special events, sales, and upcoming shows. On the left of the page there is a box titled "Newsletter" and a button that reads "Subscribe" Please enter your preferred email address in the box, and click the button! Congratulations, you're now on the list!
HOW DO I SEE SPECIFIC PRODUCT CATEGORIES?
We have a large selection of high quality products available on thegemshop.com. There is a category list on the left side. Click on the category you would like to look at, and a list of all products on the website will show. You are able to filter by availability of product and by price range, or sort the product by bestselling, alphabetically, price, or date added to the website.
HOW DO I ADD AN ITEM TO MY CART?
In order to add an item to your cart click the item you would like to add. This will take you to the product page. Click the "Add to Cart" button. Your cart will now show you have added this item.
I AM A WHOLESALER, HOW DO I ACCESS WHOLESALE PRICING?
In order to access wholesale pricing you must fill out a wholesale registration form, which will request information like your company name and resale number. Upon approval of your wholesale application, you will receive an email to complete the password set-up for your account. Further wholesale questions can be directed to webmaster@thegemshop.com

Besides rock we have mined ourselves, The Gem Shop tries to work directly with miners and manufacturers whenever possible. This includes many companies within the United States and Internationally. Read our full transparency statement here.
