This large fish is carved from Nature's Paintbrush, a dendritic dolomite from China that shows neutral shades with interesting patterns. Typical background colors of this stone are gray, tan, or a sandy gold, with dark brown and black dendrites. This beautiful fish has a sandy, streaky base color with thick spots or paint-like splashes of black that are finely outlined in reddish-brown.
It connects to a separate oval base made of Black Onyx. The bottom of the fish has a small drilled hole, which the base inserts to.
