Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations and management of the store
- Oversee and supervise store employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability on the sales floor
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining visual standards in the store
- Process sales transactions using the cash register and handle cash accurately
- Assist with scheduling of staff shifts
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making recommendations for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage store operations, inventory, and employee schedules
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Ability to effectively manage a team, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed
- Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions accurately
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of store management principles and practices
- Customer service: 2 year (Preferred)
- High school diploma/GED required
- High-energy, friendly personality
- Capable of interpreting customers’ words and showing them products that meet their needs
- Willingness to become subject matter expert
- Detail-oriented
- Weekend availability
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Publisher, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, twist, crouch, reach with hands and arms, climb, and balance
