Tumbled Stone

Rock tumbling is a process that is popular with amateurs and professionals alike.  This process polishes stones while keeping their natural shape. There are two types of tumblers. One uses a rotating barrel and the other uses vibration to grind and polish the rocks. Rotary tumblers are the most common and come in a great variety of sizes. If you are interested in tumble polishing your own rocks, see Lapidary Equipment for tumbling machines and supplies. Also see our Tumbling Materials page for rough rock to tumble.

On this page you will find a variety of tumble-polished stones from different locations all over the world.

These stones are priced per piece or in lots, and you will receive one or more stones similar to those pictured in the image. Please remember that you may order more than one of any given stone by changing its quantity in the shopping cart and then hitting the "update cart" button in the lower left corner of the shopping cart page.
