Also called Magnesio-Riebeckite, the rare Rhodusite from Russia has blue shades similar to Pietersite. This slab has a polished surface with two cut edges and two natural edges (the edges have a resin coating to darken the edge to match the polished side). It shows a fibrous pattern in medium to very dark shades of blue, small hints of chatoyancy, and one section of lighter blue along the top.
