This mosaic piece, created by artist Michael Duncan, combines multiple types of colored gemstones into one piece. It can be displayed as artwork or used as a hot plate or large coaster as it is lined with felt.
This piece features a complex intarsia of stones to create a geometric pattern, in a double frame of White Granite and Black Granite. The center has a bright red piece of Arizona Petrified Wood, followed by deep blue Lapis Lazuli with significant Pyrite sparkles. After this is Petrified Palm Wood, pink Thulite from Norway, green Amazonite, and Lavender Jade.
