This natural pebble is Sodalite-rich Syenite from Lake Superior that is mostly gray with black and pinkish speckles. Under UV light, it shows bright yellow-orange fluorescence. Pictured in regular lighting and under 365nm UV light (fluorescence also displays under typical longwave - 395nm).
Similar to Lake Superior Agates, these pieces are most often found naturally tumbled from their geological displacement, and are typically kept by collectors in their found-in state rather than polished.
