Native crystals of Bismuth are extremely rare, and most often sourced from Peru. Bismuth is a chemical element that is used in cosmetic and pharmaceutical products like ink, paints, fire sprinklers, and most notably, Pepto-Bismol. These crystals exhibit a stairstep crystal pattern and rainbow iridescent oxide finish, and were laboratory-grown in the United States. The chemical symbol for Bismuth is Bi.
