This gemstone creation can be used is a beautiful hanging suncatcher, created by artist Jim Pape from various gemstones and agates wrapped with copper and soldered, with an antique patina. It has a sturdy chain with a loop on the end created from the chain links. Not intended for outdoor use.
This large piece combines Brazilian Agate and Pastellite slabs, tumbles of chalcedony, chrysoprase, and Botswana Agate, and a natural quartz crystal hanging from the bottom. The agate show fortification and water-level banding, parallax, and quartz centers.
