This gemstone creation can be used is a beautiful hanging suncatcher, created by artist Jim Pape from various gemstones and agates wrapped with copper and soldered, with an antique patina. It has a sturdy chain with a loop on the end created from the chain links. Not intended for outdoor use.
This piece combines natural agate slabs connected with little tumbled stone and a chunky Amethyst crystal in the center. The left slabs are Brazilian Agate with very fine banding, and opposite them is a piece of Regency Rose Plume Agate from Oregon and a green moss agate.
