This polished lace agate cabochon features intricate banded agate with parallax in shades of rose pink, white, and hints of yellow and orange visible beneath the translucent layers.

Laguna Lace Agate, often called Red Lace Agate, comes from northwestern Chihuahua, Mexico in a region known for lace agates. While red and white are prevalent colors, it also frequently shows yellow, orange, pink, or even blue or purple. Sections or bands of quartz are common in this vein agate, as well as intricate patterns as a result of tube formations or pseudomorphs of calcite crystals.
