This polished lace agate cabochon features translucent, white, and pastel shades of yellow and blue-gray banded agate with lacey patterning, parallax, and a tiny open vug.

Laguna Lace Agate, often called Red Lace Agate, comes from northwestern Chihuahua, Mexico in a region known for lace agates. While red and white are prevalent colors, it also frequently shows yellow, orange, pink, or even blue or purple. Sections or bands of quartz are common in this vein agate, as well as intricate patterns as a result of tube formations or pseudomorphs of calcite crystals.
