This stone lamp is created from one solid piece of banded Mexican Onyx (calcite). It has sections of banding, stick-like inclusions or pseudomorphs, and several holes where other rocks lay during its formation. It shows white, pale yellow, muted peach, and gray to black. top is open with natural rough edges, and the base has a small carved divot that allows the cord to come out and the lamp to sit flat.
